Uk tribes, audiance research
Living for the moment, Aspirant Tribes know the look, music and lifestyle they want – and will spend big in order to get it! Attuned to what’s happening in Leading Edge circles, it’s about keeping up with what’s cool but without all the hard work of creating it themselves. These Tribes will be found in Student Unions across the UK, from UE to Loughborough.
Social butterflies, they are spending summer holidays hitting the festival circuit – from Bestival and Secret Garden Party in the UK to Croatia’s Outlook and Serbia’s Exit festival. Whether it’s the latest pop-up, food truck, concept store, art gallery or nightclub, they want to be the one to have seen it first – and post it on social media. Experience seeking drives the Aspirant segment, and introducing the newest fashion and music to their friendship group motivates Tribe members.
From the ubiquitous gap year alpaca jumper, to the MacBook Pro, Ugg boots and Hershel backpack, Aspirant Tribes are big consumers with strong brand affiliations. Brands trying to crack the Aspirants need to work hard to prove their cool credentials. They need to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right people – although appealing to them may be challenging, those who do are rewarded with surprising brand loyalty.
Rahs are well spoken and well connected, proud of their roots and love heritage brands from Barbour to Ralph Lauren.

Band Bio
Band Name- Arial Onyx
We have used the name Arial Onyx as it makes them sound special and it is a catchy name this means that they will be remerable, the 'Arial' is to show that they will get high and far and the onxy is to signify that they are special. this band formed out of the love of our abilioty to play music and the the amount of time that we spent together being bored we thought we should create a band to make things intresting and give us somthing to aim for. we plan to play at glastonbury in the new year and hopfuly somone other big gigs.

Song choice for music video
Song for music video
The song for my music video is going to be park life by
blur, I have chosen this song as I like it a lot and that I know quite a lot
about the era of music. I know what type of clothing and what video would fit
that band and what clothes would also fit that band.

Ideas
To make the idea of phill dainels being pathetic and small i have decided to put him into a very small cupboard so that it makes him feel small and not very important.
Location
looking at videos for some ideas for where i can film my video. i looked at queens video for 'i want to break free' and thought that this is the kind of video that i would want to go with the music for parklife as i want a domestic style of playing.

What I have done
Last year I did AS media when we had to create a magazine front page, contents and double page. but this year our task is to create a music video this is for A2. I got a D overall in AS and i think this year I will be trying a lot harder to get a higher grade as I think I will put a lot more effort in this year.
I have already missed a weeks worth of lessons so I am already behind but as I am back I will be doing the work straight away. My first objective to complete on the first lesson is to decide on a genre or a music video.

Post production Prelim
This part of the task was the hardest as you need to make sure that everything was right so that the timing was correct so that each slide passed perfectly into each other so that it was a proper video and there we no cuts that showed out or that the video did not go perfectly with each other.
Production prelim
The filming of this task was no as difficult as planning as we had already made a story board and all we had to do was make sure that we kept to the story board so that we knew what we were doing. The filming that we did was simple but effective for the task, the equipment that we had to use was not the same standard as the professionals but the what we filmed was of a good enough standard to use.
Pre production prelim
This task was to produce a music video for trouble town, as our group all like this type of music we thought it would be a good choice in using this song, we tried to keep to the video as much as possible when we were planning what to do whilst knowing what equipment we had at our disposal.
